We conduct thousands of surveys targeting different ages, industries, locations and characteristics; we invite our community members to take these surveys based on the information in their profiles. If you want to be more proactive, please follow the steps below:
1. After you log into your account on FocusGroup.com, click the “Surveys” tab on the left side of the page:
2. You will see two tabs, “Online Surveys” studies and “Interviews & Focus Groups”:
3a. If you click on the “Online Surveys” tab, you will see all available quantitative studies that you could join and earn Points; that you can redeem in our rewards catalog for gift cards
3b. Each survey will show you: how long the survey will take to complete, how many points you’ll receive for completing it and the devices that the survey is compatible with:
3c. Once you decide which survey you want to start, click the “Take Survey” button and it will redirect you into the survey!
4a. If you click on the “Interviews & Focus Groups” tab, you will see all available qualitative studies that you can apply for and earn incentives:
4b. Each survey will show you: the incentive amount for completing that study and the topic of the study:
4c. Once you decide which study you’d like to apply for, click the “Take Pre-Screener button and it will redirect you into the prescreening survey!
