Forgot your password? No problem! Follow the steps below to create a new one.
1. Select the "Login" link at the top of the page:
2. Click on the blue text, "Forgot Password?":
3. Enter the e-mail address you used to register and click on the "Send Email" button:
4. You will see confirmation that the e-mail has been sent directly below the "Send Email" button, in the pop up box.
5. Check your e-mail! You will find an e-mail, from survey@focusgroup.com which contains a link to recover your password
