It will take only a few minutes to become a member. You will be asked to create a personal login, password and provide some basic information about yourself.

4. Enter in the additional required sign-in information, and upload a valid form of ID. When you are finished, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page:
5. Enter in the additional required profile information in the registration form. When you are finished, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page:
6. Complete the sign-in survey, and the Captcha form. When you are finished, you will be asked to agree to the Terms & Conditions. After reviewing the Terms, please click the "I agree" box and hit "Submit":
7. You will receive a "Thank you" response to confirm your registration, with a link to our social media page (https://www.facebook.com/SchlesingerGroup):
8. You will receive a confirmation email from survey@focusgroup.com. Please add us to your e-mail safe sender list. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail, click on the link provided to confirm your registration:
9. Your account is now active! Click on "Login" to complete your profile and view a list of surveys available to you. We look forward to welcoming you to the Community!
