How to redeem a Physical Visa Card Reward?

Focus Group Panelists:

You control when and how you want to redeem your Focus Group Rewards Points. Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them by logging in to your account at https://www.focusgroup.com/

1. Select the "FocusGroup Wallet" tab on the left side of the screen:

2. Enter your password to complete the validation request, then click "Submit":

3. Select eGift Card to access all the available options to choose from, or select the small arrow:

4. Choose “FocusGroup (USD) Physical Visa Card”, from our rewards catalog:

5. The selected Physical Visa Card will appear in the bottom left of your screen, select the amount you would like to redeem by selecting the arrows to lower or higher the amount you want to redeem (note that there is a minimum of $25 to redeem a Physical Visa Card); then click "Submit":

6. You will receive confirmation that the request was successful in the top right of your screen!

7. Please note that processing may take up to 20 business days during high volume periods. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with your reward. The e-mail will be sent from [e-mail].
There is a 90 day expiry on the activation code from the day you receive this email. If you have not received this email within 20 business days of your reward request, please contact our Helpdesk:

8. Click 'Reedem My Reward!' from your email to activate your reward. You will be taken to the RewardCenter to confirm your redemption. Click on 'Select' to continue:

9. You will be asked to confirm the details of your reward. Click “Confirm” to activate your reward. Once activated, your Physical Visa Card will expire after 12 months:

10. Once you have activated your reward, you will be taken to the following page to confirm the mailing address of where you want your Physical Visa Card to be sent to. Click “Submit” once the address is correct:

11. Click “Confirm” after reviewing your mailing address. If you need to make additional updates, click “Back”:

12. This final page will confirm that your reward is on its way. Please allow 7-10 business days for your Physical Visa Card to arrive to the confirmed mailing address:

Your incentive will be sent via regular mail and will display the sender's name as 'Reward Center.' The verification email for confirming your address will originate from [e-mail].

Focus Group Wallet Incentive Payments for Non-Panelists:

You will need to log in to https://schlesingerwallet.com/ to claim your non-panelist Focus Group Wallet incentive payment.

• Your User Name is the email address that you provided to us prior to participating in the study (and is the same email address where you will receive payment notifications from us).
• Your Password is the password you created to access the Focus Group Wallet site.
  

  Note: If this is your first time visiting Focus Group Wallet, you will need to create a password before you can access the site. 
  

  • • Click the Forgot Password link below the User Name and Password fields
      
      
    • When prompted, enter the email address that is your user name (as described above) and click the Send Email button
      
      
    • The password reset message should arrive in your mailbox within a few minutes. Please make sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.
    • Click the link in the password reset message and follow the instructions to create your password.

After you have successfully logged in to the Focus Group Wallet website, you can modify your account information and claim your incentive.

Note: If you intend to redeem a physical Visa card, you will need to provide a mailing address in your Account Information so the card can be mailed to you.

• Select Account Information on the left side of the screen to open the My Account page
  
  
• Click the My Address tab to either Add a New Address or update an existing address
  
  
• Enter your address details, then click Update to save
  
  

To claim your incentive:

1. Select the FocusGroup Wallet tab on the left side of the screen:

2. Enter your Password again to complete the validation request, then click Submit:

3. Select eGift Cards to access all the available options to choose from:

4. Click the eGift Card that you would like to redeem from our rewards catalog. Make sure to scroll down the page to view all the available options:

5. Your FocusGroup (USD) Physical Visa Card will appear in the bottom left of your screen. Specify the dollar value you would like your card to contain, then click Submit:

6. You will receive confirmation that the request was successful in the top right of your screen!
