Your points will not expire as long as you remain an active member of Focus Group. To remain an active member, you must participate in a Focus Group survey or session (online or in-person) at least once a year.
While your Focus Group points don’t expire, the gift cards you redeem have specific terms and conditions:
- Physical visa cards must be used within 1 year of the issue date. The expiration date is imprinted on the physical card.
- Digital gift card rewards: you will receive an e-mail with the link to your reward. The e-mail will contain a sentence below the Redeem button that lets you know how long you have to use the gift card balance. Once a reward has expired it can not be reissued.
