Redemption requests are processed as quickly as possible. Please note that processing may take up to 20 business days during high volume periods. Once processing is complete, please allow an additional 7-10 business days if a physical card is selected. All other reward choices will be delivered by email. Please be sure to add reward@virtualrewardcenter.com to your safe sender list to prevent your gift code from being delivered to your Spam folder.
