I am registered, why can't I log in?

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulty logging into your account.  The most common cause of this is incorrect community selection.   We maintain 2 communities:  Healthcare and Consumer.  Please make sure you are using the correct URL for your community:

Consumer:  https://www.focusgroup.com/

Healthcare: https://health.focusgroup.com/

 If you have recently registered, the issue may be that your account hasn't been confirmed.   You should have received a confirmation e-mail from survey@focusgroup.com upon completing your registration.  If you have not received this e-mail, or not yet clicked on the confirmation link within the e-mail, you will not be able to access your account.  Please visit  Where is My Confirmation Email? and follow the steps provided to have a new confirmation e-mail sent.

If you have selected the correct community and confirmed your account and still cannot login, you may have used the wrong password.   Please visit Create a New Password and follow the steps provided to reset your password and login.
