The length of time it takes to receive your incentive can vary depending on the incentive being offered and the type of activity you’ve participated in (online survey, online qualitative session, or in-person qualitative session). Incentives will be processed once the study has closed and all members have participated.
Studies offer points as an incentive, which are typically credited to your FocusGroup Wallet account within 5 business days of the study closing unless your email invitation or the study indicates otherwise. Please note that in some exceptional cases, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for points to be added to your account depending on the length of time that a study is left open. Points can be redeemed for a wide variety of virtual (digital) gift cards or a physical Visa card (100 points = $1).
