You control when and how you want to redeem your Focus Group Rewards Points. Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them by logging in to your account at https://www.inspiredopinions.co.uk/.
1. Select the "Rewards" tab at the top of the screen:
2. Enter your password to complete the validation request, then click "Submit"
3. Click the "eGift Cards" button to open up the rewards catalog:
4. Choose the eGift Card that you would like to redeem your points for, from our rewards catalog:
5. Your selected eGift Card will appear in the bottom left of your screen, select the amount you would like to redeem from the drop down menu; then click "Submit":
6. You will receive confirmation that the request was successful in the top right of your screen!
Once your request has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with your virtual gift card code. The e-mail will be sent from noreply@tangocard.com
Please note any redemptions made on the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning. If you do not receive your e-mail with your code, please contact the Helpdesk
