Redemption requests are fulfilled daily. You will receive an e-mail within 24-48 hours of redeeming your points with your virtual gift card code. Please be sure to add noreply@tangocard.com to your safe sender list to prevent your voucher from being delivered to your Spam folder.
Please note any redemptions made on the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning.
