Why can’t I redeem my points?

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulty redeeming.  Some common reasons why your redemption may not be working are below:

 

Not enough points:  You will need to accumulate a minimum of 1,000 points before you can begin redeeming

Not using a whole number to redeem:  Virtual gift cards only come in whole number denominations.  If you have 1,522 points and try typing in 1522, you will not be able to redeem.  Try typing 15 instead. (100 points equals $1)

Gift Card not available:  The gift card you are trying to redeem for is currently unavailable.  You will receive the following message if this is the case “Sorry this is not available”.  You can redeem your points for a different gift card or wait until the unavailable card is available again.  This generally happens within 24 hours.
