Where is my confirmation email?

Your confirmation email is generally sent within a couple minutes of completing your registration.  However, it could take up to an hour to be delivered depending on the email provider you use.  The confirmation email will be sent from [e-mail].  Please check your spam/junk folder in the event it was delivered there.

If you have still not received your confirmation email, please follow the steps below to have another one sent to you.

1. Please select one of the URL’s depending on which community you have registered with:
   1. Consumer: https://www.inspiredopinions.co.uk/
   2. Healthcare: https://health.inspiredopinions.co.uk/
2.  Click on the Contact Us tab at the top of the page: 
   
3. Click on the Resend a Confirmation Email button on the lower right hand side:
   
4. Enter in the email address you have registered with in the box and click the Resend Confirmation button:
   
5. Your Confirmation email has been resent:
   

Please be sure to add [e-mail] to your safe sender list to ensure you receive our emails.
